Pro Preview users get 1/2 off Pro Onesheets through 2011!
Right after we launched Onesheet, we introduced Pro Preview. Essentially, Pro Preview was a way for all users to get access to future premium features for free while we were developing them.
The response was amazing, and we really appreciate all the users who helped us test the pro features. In fact, we appreciate their help so much that we are giving all the users who joined the Pro Preview 50% off the Pro Onesheet through 2011! This makes the Pro Onesheet just $5/month.
Pro Preview users can upgrade the normal way and they’ll see the discount reflected.

Introducing the Pro Onesheet
Since day 1, we’ve explained that we would be offering a feature rich, paid version of Onesheet at some point. A few months ago we started letting you all test out the new features for free if you opted-into the Pro Preview. Today, we are taking a big step forward and officially introducing the Pro Onesheet.
To keep our pricing simple and affordable, we’re offering the Pro Onesheet for $9.99/month. Every user gets a 14 day free trial.
Pro Onesheets will have all the features that have been available during the Pro Preview. This includes much more advanced customization, custom domain names, and removal of Onesheet logos/branding. You can see all these features here, and we’ll be continually adding more.
Upgrading your Onesheet to Pro is simple. Just go to your Onesheet and click “Upgrade” at the top. Or click upgrade from your account page.
If you’ve already opted-in to the Pro Preview, you still need to upgrade to the Pro plan in the next 14 days. If you don’t want to upgrade, you don’t have to do anything! Your Onesheet will revert to a Basic Onesheet on September 25 and you won’t be charged.

Collect fan email addresses from your Onesheet
When we launched, we had very limited support for collecting fan email addresses with your Onesheet. We included some great platforms, including FanBridge and Reverbnation, but there is a huge number of services artists use for mailing list management. After getting tons of requests to add other services, we realized it would take a very long time to make everyone happy, so today we’re launching a feature that should be beneficial to everyone.
Onesheet owners can now add a “Mailing List” link to their Onesheet’s navigation bar. When a fan clicks, a window will launch for them to put their email address in. You can add text to promote an incentive for someone to sign up for the mailing list.
When they sign up, we’ll store their email address, which you can export at any time in CSV format from your account page. Then, just import that CSV file into any mailing list provider!
You can set this up in the Navigation/Links settings. Just enable the mailing list and then enter any offer text you want to.
This feature is immediately available for users who have upgraded to the Pro Preview.
Note: We realize this solution isn’t perfect. Over time as we integrate the other services, you’ll have the option to push the emails directly to them instead of downloading them. But we wanted to get a solution out there that will accomplish the main goal: getting fan email addresses.
Choose from 6 new navigation layouts!
We want users to be able to customize their Onesheet, which is why over the past month we’ve rolled out the ability to customize icons, page header, nav bar colors and text, meta tags, concert link wording, domain name, and more. It’s been fun. And today we bring you another big customization.
Available immediately to Pro Preview users is the ability to choose from one of 7 navigation layouts. This, plus the previously released customization of navigation colors, fonts, and more gives users a ton of control of how their navigation looks.
To choose a layout, just go to the “Navigation/Links” settings.

For those who want the bar to stretch across the screen. Remember, the Bottom will attach itself to the very bottom of the browser window, so people with huge screens might miss it.
Custom icons for mobile, tablets, browsers, and Facebook!
Today we released a set of enhancements for our Pro Preview users that will help you extend your brand throughout the total Onesheet experience.
Mobile & Tablet Icons
Now, when users save your Onesheet to their Home Screen on a mobile device or tablet, they will see an icon size of your background. This should work on all iOS and Android devices. Example from an iPad below:
Browser Icons
In addition to that mobile sweetness, we’ve made it so your icon shows up in browsers. Most websites have little icons (called favicons) that the browser uses to identify the website. Before, it showed the Onesheet logo. Now, it shows your icon. Here’s an example of the difference in Chrome:
Facebook Share Image
But that’s not all. There’s this small website that people use called Facebook. Well, we have a hunch that it’s going to get pretty popular, and when people share to it, we want your brand totally represented. Before, next to your info there was a big Onesheet logo. Now, it’s your image. Joy.
Again, these are enhancements for our Pro Preview users and available immediately. You don’t to do anything. They’re already working. :)
